We provide a range of OB diagnostic ultrasounds, including dating ultrasounds, anatomy scans, growth scans, biophysical profiles (BPPs), position checks as well as Elective scans.
All ultrasounds are performed by an experienced and licensed ARDMS sonographer using professional-grade portable equipment.
Yes! All diagnostic scans are read by a trusted radiology group, and results are shared with both you and your provider to ensure continuity of care.
Yes—we offer in-home ultrasounds as well as visits to midwives’ offices. Our goal is to provide comfort, convenience, and professional-quality imaging wherever you are.
Absolutely. We partner with Certified Professional Midwives (CPMs) and other maternity care providers to provide seamless imaging support for their clients.
You can book directly online through our scheduling link, or your midwife can coordinate with us on your behalf.
At this time, Bloom Mobile Ultrasound is self-pay only, but we provide transparent pricing so you’ll know the cost upfront.
Dating scans: 10-14 weeks, Anatomy scans: around 18–22 weeks, Growth scans or BPPs: third trimester

Along with our standard 2D diagnostic ultrasounds, Bloom Mobile Ultrasound offers the option to add 3D keepsake images so you can enjoy an even more detailed look at your baby.
What’s the difference between 2D and 3D ultrasounds?
2D Ultrasound is the standard black-and-white imaging used for medical purposes. It gives your provider important information about your baby’s growth, development, and position.
3D Ultrasound uses advanced technology to create a three-dimensional still image. This allows you to see your baby’s features—like their nose, lips, and little hands—with more clarity and depth.
Many families choose 3D ultrasound for the joy of bonding with their baby before birth and for keepsake photos they can treasure forever.

Founder Holly Coby is a birth doula, prenatal/postnatal yoga teacher & student midwife passionate about empowering families with knowledge and support throughout the childbearing years. Our lead sonographer, Emily Marshall, BS RDCS, RDMS, RVT, is a registered diagnostic medical sonographer with years of experience in imaging. Together, we are dedicated to making high-quality, reliable ultrasound both accessible and comforting — right where you need it most.
